Well thank you for saying so If you had any trouble on the test or alert page administration pages, you will be glad to hear that this has been fixed. It was a problem with the cache settings on the server. It was reported by another digitalpoint member who is also a subscriber.
Does it support the sms feature to world wide or only for US? Edit : Also i cant add sms alerts.Without sms alerts monitoring is useless
------------- re: sms alerts ------------- sms alerts are available as long as you have an sms email address to put into the control panel. if you are unsure, please check with your service provider web site. the information is usually there. additional information is available in the faq on the site. btw, sincere apologies to those people who got a bunch of duplicate reports last night. the reports module got wedged in a loop during a manual run. fingers before brains on my part thanks also go out to those same people for not immediately flooding my email box with complaints
We are looking to get a reliable monitoring service for our counter system. How long does your system keep records? We are looking to do certified stats for people who one day want to sell their site. Any info will help us to decide as to wether we go with your service.
The system keeps records forever. But this is uptime, not traffic. For site sales, and the due diligence involved, I think that visitor traffic is of much more importance. That is more in the realm of web analytics tools. For that I have: basicanalytics.com clickbench.com .
