    Check WebCEO.
Can be used for free, not sure if the free edition includes all the tools you need.

I can hardly see a limitation there. I have a paid license only only knowledgebase updates have expired, and I don't really want to upgrade since I am pretty happy with what I am getting so far. I would eventually upgrade, but their fees are a bit Microsoft-ish :)

Try my new software. Since it is in beta stage it is totally free of charge to register now.
Here is a snapshot of keyword density page.

The software has also other features: pagerank, historical graphs, referrers analysis, alerts, positions in yahoo and Google and more.
This is a web service so no download is required.

It is always better to check by yourself because only you know exactly what you want SEO software to do for you.

As for me SEO Elite is not very good. I do not like the way they divided tasks into different projects, so you have to run all of them to get some information. And the most annoying is that it is impossible to run several tasks simultaneously.

the two tools I mentioned free of charge on the i-net.. They are good tools to start with, but if you wanna take it to the next level seoelite is a good one. But what about XSitePro? Just for a few hundred bucks you can get the TOOL  But you are right by saying that you best know what seo needs you have, so search for the thing that best works for you.

hey, xsitepro isnt an seo tool. It is a software for building sites, whether adsense sites or niche sites. But it doesnt do seo stuff.
