it comes with a pdf that outlines exactly how it works.. look in the installed folder in the start menu

check in yahoo... site:domain or site:url

 

No It's a lot lot better.. the software pings 97 sites but also meta indexes the url then pings the meta submittion to 5/10 or 15 rpc sites to get them indexes as well..

 

sure guzer.. they are meta stat sites.. good for getting indexed but you need to ping these as well for them to be effective (which is what the software also does)
