As you said people are selling it on ebay, does it not have a copyright or anything on the site you found it on?

 

I dont think this have any copywrite its a free ebook from by Brad and people who are selling are the ones who are violating terms i believe

I just read it. It is nice reading for newbies. All informations at one palce.
If you aren't newbie you won't learn much
(I'm a newbie and haven't learned anything new here, exept that SEO elite might be a good program ).
