Free script for rental/apartment selling

any opinions on the best free script for accomplishing this, ive started a business around a college area selling apartments to college students, wanted to find a good free script for my website.

i did not find anything on hotscripts

 

i m also findin free script for that project but no suceed so any one here please help us

It looks simple, but has the following problems:
- No PayPal
- The code is encrypted
- Server requires Ioncube support

but code is also encrypted

 

i don't like vacationrentalscript.com

The demo has errors, and it looks like it's for many apartments. i just want to rent my apartment, so http://www.holidayplans.com suits better my needs.

which is the disadvantage for me as a webmaster to buy a script with encrypted code?

can anyone recommend here similar scripts?

the pre-sales service from http://www.holidayplans.com doesn't satisfy me.

the best way is to make it with joomla and use mister estate. just buy a template somewhere and you ll have a low cost ready to work website
