I have been searching for a free script to be able to do mass emails from my own website. I have used Constant Contact and YMLP and I am sick of spending hundreds a year to do my email marketing. I have a large server and was wondering what is the best free script so that I can send out mass emails to my subscribers. Thanks in advance for the help.

Most shared hosting services are setup in a way in which users have limited emailing capabilities or none, otherwise if your actual hosting service is allowing sendmail, you will raise a red flag as soon as you surpass a limit ranging between 50 and 250 emails a day.

The number of emails, when enabled, is up to your hosting. With your own dedicated server or buying an email marketing service you have not those limitations.

I guess my only option is a paid service. I have used Constant Contact and now use YMLP but my mailing list is around 35k all doubt opt in. So the expenses add up quickly per year to do our email marketing to the point where it is almost not cost effective for us anymore.
