Free Script for "google friendly pop-up"??

Does anyone know where i can get a free script or software for a "google friendly pop-up" you may have seen them on clickbank sites to get you to sign-up for their newsletter.

Any help would be grealty apprieciated.

No, sorry its for a google Adwords campaign - having normal pop-ups are against TOS.

but there are pop-ups that are allowed to be used.
