Hi. does anyone know a working free solution to send RSS updates to SMS or Email.
I was trying Yahoo pipes but no luck with SMS and only one of 10 updates are getting e-mailed...

I need each RSS item to be e-mailed as soon as Feed updates.

Try feedburner. It enables email subscribers so that may help.

THanks, but i was not able to figure out how to make it to send feed to my email. May be you can tell me where is that option.

Sorry not to reply sooner. In feedburner once you have created your feed. In the Publicize option there is an option to offer email subscription. It gives you the code to put on your website.
