free RSS submitter , aggregators and creator

    hi all,

    i'm looking for free RSS submitters (to RSS directories/aggregators etc..) - service could be web based or desktop.

    I checked out this thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=417564
    saw some nice tools, but I believe that they are not comprehensive.

    I'm also looking for an easy way to create RSS feeds for my sites - in the form of a url which i can then submit to all the RSS dirs

    hope you guys have that magic tool...

    I have used DAOLNWOD RSS submitter in the past. It's free and submits to loads of sites.

    What type of site is yours??
    I mean CMS or Blogs or Joomla etx.,
