    Its a service, that creates rss feeds from your links list (splits it to many smaller rss's) , and pings them with random time-outs. This causes more search-bots to come and index the new pages (thus indexing your new links)
    I use their free account (it allows up to 300links per day). Some use it with scrapebox/xrumer lists, i use it with my new site's pages.
    And I see they published some discount coupon on their index at 29th.

    It is using documented extended xml-rpc ping features with various services (google,sindic8,etc, you can see the list, when you log in). It helps with faster indexation.
    About the SERPs improvements - When more statistics are available, i think they will be published.

    I registered for the free service and put my blog links into the file. There were new links inserted into the blogs, so I won't mind quick indexing :)

    Can I also enter a list of RSS feeds there?
