After asking the OP a few questions about his service (Like where it is based and when is it open). Then after not getting a complete response, I asked "Are you ignoring me OR can't you read" , the response was "Neither"..."I didn't want to.". I didn't place any orders, not because I was ignored, but because he didn't know the meaning of the word and didn't write well. I wish OP all the best.
To be perfectly honest, the 'can't you read' was absolutely unnecessary. I missed those questions and a little bit of politeness might have helped.
