I maintain a list of quality free press release sites on my blog. It's updated weekly. To be listed a press release site must be:

1. Free
2. Have a Google Pagerank greater than 4/10
3. Feed their content to Google News
4. Have an Alexa rank in the top 200,000 Web sites
