I have a new pr3 blog that Im starting to develop into an article site for european related sites. i would have preferred if its in foreign language in europe - swedish, italian, finnish, polish etc. the site is hosted in the UK. rule: as long as the article has not been publish anywhere 250 words - 1 link 500 words - 2 links
