    The custom templates don't work. I am getting PHP undefined variable error no matter what I put as a code in the Custom ADS page. Take this proxy for example:
    http://unbanyoutube.info
    Even if I enter only "aaa" for all the ad size fields in Custom Ads, I am getting this error. I also noticed that the Custom ads fields get blank every time I change the template of a domain.
