I tried this free privacy out on MyDomain.com as I had some names to renew at other registers so I tried transfering them after I got the transfer codes from the other registers. I found you will need to make sure that you don't add privacy before adding the coupons or it won't work. You need to go all the way to checkout, add the 2 coupons for free privacy & 15% off and they only cost $6.79 then for transfers plus the free privacy is added so you can make sure it is switched on when you manage your domains ...
