Has anyone had any response (other than link juice) from FREE press release sites? I spent some time sending out a press release on what I thought was a good subject (childhood obesity) and there was no response and only 2 listings indexed by Google. I tried to follow the rules for writing a decent PR and I use perfect English. It was disappointing. Perhaps I should have paid?
