    No, the directory is PR0 not PR5 as stated in the original poster's opening post — "Free PR5 Web Directory, Fast approval".

    The index page is PR5, yes. But look at that page. It is clearly not a normal directory home page. At the top of that PR5 index page is a link titled "Directory". Click that link and you come to the actual directory home page, which is PR0.
