    I keep getting an error: "You can not add links in this category. It's locked by administrator."

    Thats probably because you want to submit a link from a homepage or, sometimes, from the top category.

    Find deepest category your linkk should be, and then submit.;)

    Hi, You need to select a sub directory to add your link.
    If you try to add under the main category you get that error.
