    The website is fairly new (about 5 months) but growing by each day with more and more unique visitors.

    The investment is extremely low for adwords and the website started to have organic searches from google, yahoo and bing.

    The traffic can be easily monetized even more with pop-under ads, paid banners and so on which can bring over 100-200 USD per month easily. No need to explain more because any webmaster knows how to monetize a website with good traffic and about 5 minutes average time on site per visitor.

    I`m not asking for a high price since it costs about 30 USD per month in adwords and another 9 USD for web hosting and been doing this for the past 5 or so months.

    The website does NOT need any management at all, you can just keep it there as a cash milking cow and forget about it.

    Reason for selling : BMW 318is limited edition AVUS wide body project :p

    Note : for BIN (buy it now) i will throw in my adwords campaign which includes keywords, flash banners etc. EVERYTHING !

    The ads are pretty hard to miss... they are on the top of the page. Revenue comes from adsense but the website can be monitized more efficiently with other type of ads.
