Free Physical Marketing Stuff? (Business cards, t-shirts, etc!)

    Hey all!

Sorry if there's already a thread on this, I couldn't see one, and either way these offers are often short term so most of the stuff in older threads would probably be useless anyway. ;)

I just got an e-mail from vistaprint.com today with a load of offers. For those of you who don't know vistaprint, they basically supply custom business cards, t-shirts, pens, anything you can print on, pretty much, and they offer a lot of stuff for free - e.g. 100 free business cards. Their standard offers generally don't include the option of uploading you own logo, though, but in the e-mail today I got a lot of great offers whereby I could order free t-shirts, premium (own design) business cards, postcards and much more.

So I ended up getting 2 free t shirts (1 male and one female) and 250 (I think, can't remember exactly) free premium business cards, all of it with my websites logo etc. It ended up costing me just over £6 in postage and logo upload fees (they charge £0.34 per logo you upload and use). Pretty good going, I'd say.

So that got me thinking, do you guys have any similar offers to share? I'm going to try to maximise my physical marketing using free stuff, so if I find anything else I will of course share it here, too.

My first piece tip to share, then, is to sign up with VistaPrint and await one of their e-mail offers, as they are better than the normal free offers on the site. I got mine roughly a week after registering to the site, I don't know if the offers are based on how long you've been registered or if it was sent out to all members.

I have used VistaPrint before myself. They do have a pretty good deal for anyone with a brick and mortar type business. Believe me, they still make plenty of money even with the free stuff they give away.

Aye they seem pretty decent, and I'm not doubting that they turn a very healthy profit. My main question, though, is whether anyone knows of a similar website/s - e.g. other that offer good freebies/hefty discounts? ;)
