where are these template from and what are the copyright issues can these be used for other peoples sites, without the threat of being sued.

Also i think your download links are not right this one here http://xtemplates.uni.cc/index.php?xtem=ptem&cate=view&id=50 which is supposed to be a wedding website template is in fact just a logo
