    4chan.org has a lot of images on it you won't find anywhere else, especially in the random section.

    But I want to ask you can I use these photos on video, and than to upload that video on youtube.

    I saw it is allowed to create, video, but isn't this a distribution?

    I've read their license, and in some cases I have to get written permission from them.

    Can someone tell me is there a template for that.

    Some sites say "royalty free," but you're still supposed to pay for the initial photo, correct? I think SXC is one of those sites.

    Yes, royalty free lets you buy once, use as often as you need it. (But you are still licensing the image - you can't sell or distribute it.)

    Most free photo site are the same way, you are just paying $0 for the royalty-free license.
