Free Paypal Verification. Is this true ? Need your help and Opinions

    When I google Free paypal verification, I found this website

    http://www.help.cccenter.biz/

    On their site, they provide free Virtual Credit card for Paypal Verification

    Is it true or Just a scam ?

    I dont think anyone will provide VCC/CC for free, unless they are hacked ones :)

    Well, I don't think they provide any vcc.
    They just use once person to get more referral.
    So, don't waste your time into them.

    Using VCC itself is froth with danger as Paypal is aware of the mis-use of the same. They would immediately limit your account and ask for CC statement putting you in the dock! :(

    is a fact
    unless
    YOU DON'T NEED TO SPEND YOUR MONEY

    They need your CC info before they sent you the vcc.

    they will just collect your email address for there marketing business. dont sign up else you will get a full load of spam in your mail box.

    Do you know that when u verify paypal they will deduct $2 from your credit card or VCC.then how can some body can sell free vcc.They are scam man.don't believe it.
