OK.....I have posted this in FREEbies section but got no response so posting here.... let me start...I need a Paypal a/c.... I am unable to create one because this service is not available in my country....If it is impossible for me to have this a/c....Then I hope you would like to help me to activate /to remove limit on my account...as i registered it as an INDIAN....But after charging $2 or more dollars i am unable to send and receive money....And even I am unable to delete my a/c....and it says: Your account access is limited. Learn how to remove this limitation. and when i click it....it takes me to resolution center and there is: Fax or upload documentation more... "PayPal requires a copy of certain documents for verification purposes to return your account to regular standing. Please submit each of the following documents: Help - Proof of address * Utility Bill" Please someone help me out...Waiting for help...You can PM me for any advice...
What do you expect ? I am sure you know this would happen. You broke their rules and they found you out. There is really nothing you can do about it except to learn from this lesson and never do it again. You will have to submit documents which prove that you live in the address which you specify. Don't dig a deeper hole for yourself. Forget it. Just go find somewhere which you can legally sign up with. If someone helps you create a Paypal account for your usage, they will probably end up finding themselves in trouble too.
ditto with above go with someone else theres no way you can get it unlimited in this case only hope u have is to go with someone else. ~Rick~
