Free or commercial plugin

Hello,

Can you please recommend me a plugin (free or commercial) that will popup an offer / deal message if the users spend more than 5 minutes of the web site or visits more than 5 distinct pages?

I know that there is the alternative of developing such a plugin but I prefer to see if there are some available on the market.
