HI, this question might seem rather dumb, but I have searched all around for answers. I was just wondering if there are any free methods one can use to set up an opt in form to build a list and then send bulk emails? If not what are some of the cheapest or best ways to go about this? I have a Bluehost.com account but the abilities of its autoresponder seem not to good. Does anyone have any experience with this? The bluehost forums only had people with the same problems as me.
