Looking for an online mock-up website tool that will allow me to create fast with no coding, basic mock-up website layouts. Is there any such free tool out there please that you know of, just to communicate visually, design, appearance, layout ideas? Don't want to go to the expense of having to pay for Dreamweaver or Photoshop for something so basic, only need the tool for an hour or so, just to communicate some basic ideas to my new designer. Assistance appreciated. Many thanks.
I don't know of a free hosted platform. I personally use inkscape for the tasks that you have described. Google or enter into the search engine of your choice "inkscape" and you should be able to hunt down the most recent version. It is pretty intuitive and should not take long to get up to speed with its use, however; it will probably take a few days to get comfortable with its mode of operation.
