The link exchange forum is here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=53 I'm sure you will find way more partners there and here. By the way I would avoid link exchanges. If you can't find other ways to build links (which is reall sstrange), use a 3 way link exchange at least.
Use offline marketing instead I'm joking Today's internet is so jammed with competitors so it becomes almost impossible to get to the front pages of search engines using white hat techniques. YOU have 4 options here: 1) Take a risk of link exchanges and other blue hat or even black hat techniques and probably get more traffic to your site 2) Do not risk your site and forever stay in shade with no traffic until you retire 3) Find a completely new uncompetitive niche and be the first there. 4)Use offline marketing
