Free non reciprocal links exchange system

    I'm quite new in the word of SEO and I'm looking for a good non reciprocal links exchange system.
    Until now I found this one: http://www.annuncisadomaso.com/mvlinks.html
    but I'm not sure if it really works.
    Do you have any suggestions?
