Free multi store shopping cart script you'd recommend

Hello.

I would like to ask you for some help. I need a free script that would allow me to give more people the chance to showcase their goods. I used os-commerce for a while since I was the only one placing goods, but I thought that maybe it's a good idea to offer people the chance to have their own little shopping cart within my site. It can have or not the auction option.

I am already looking at some scripts right now, but if anyone here knows more about this, I would be thankful.

i called the guy at iscripts and it is not exactly what I am looking for. I would really like a store software more like etsy.com

1. "Allow multi vendors (1 to n) to sign up and add their products. They should have their own admin panel."
2. "Allow them to enter a paypal email address for payment"
3. "Allow me as owner to make a percentage of each sale."
4. "Allow purchasers to buy from more than one store owner per order. The software should handle the payment to both store owners as well as my percentage"

The Lotus Pool script which is used at shopbuild.vn is simply fantastic. That's exactly what I'm looking for. I contacted them, but they want US$ 5,000.00 for the script. Unfortunately I don't have all this money now... That's one thing I don't understand, I thought the lotus pool script was FREE.

I want to buy a multi store script that looks like bigcartel.com, a multi store system for artists. Pay attention that bigcartel.com is different than ETSY. ETSY is more like a community for girls. Bigcartel.com is system of stores for everybody.

If any serious developer is watching this thread and you want to cash big and fast creating this php script, I'll show you the features you must include. And I'll tell you, this system is quite simple, there's nothing impossible or complicated here. One more thing: There are MANY people looking to buy a script like bigcartel.com, just search google and you'll see by yourself.

The right multi store php script must have these main features:

1 - subdomainforeachstore.example.com - with ability to add own domain if the user so desires.
2 - subdomainforeachstore.example.com/products/with-search-engine-friendly-urls-001/
3- Direct paypal checkout when clicking the Pay Now button- or other payment systems - with no need to login to create user account.
4 - Effective and easy inventory tracking.
5 - Nice themes for users to choose including independent logos for each store.
6 - Each store is independent with their own categories and a Search This Store box.
7 - Example.com main page has a search box that will search through all stores and latest items added.
8 - Language files so the script can be used in other languages other than english.
9 - Automatic Twitter notification on new itens added.
10 - All Social bookmarks for each item (addtoany)

Well, just look at bigcartel.com. That's what the script is supposed to do.

CS-cart got multi-vendor version but few feature and not i want.
Need to customize vendor to have their own store design,checkout,subdomain,coupon...

End of June 2011 CS-cart will have multi-store version just like magento with 1 backend. It also not what I want.

I want individual admin of the stores by its owner in 1 DB. CS-cart will release another multi-store which is what I want in future. So when I need to wait...DAmn

 

I would go with magento for this.

 

I have looked at Magento and it isn't a fully functioning multi-store script like etzy and their fees are through the roof. Does anyone know of a full featured script like etsy for a reasonable cost and without the code encrypted?
