    Hmmm - call me suspicious but this seems like a scam - no specific details, contact through whois, and a too good to be true payout - $4000 for a content related PR8 site?

    If you are honest and this is not a scam - why don't you let people PM you when they have put a link up, you pay them, and then they can verify to everyone else that you are paying up.
