you asked for feedback so ill give it to you straight. your choice in colors is really poor. the basic intent of a squeeze page is to attract vision to specific portions of the site and when everything is bright and visually offensive it's difficult to do this. the blends of serif and sans-serif fonts are not well contrived. Your content blocks feel very forced and do not seem to flow well. The point of a squeeze site is to have people continually read down the page, obviously apparent divisions seem to be counter productive to this. Also do you have the rights to freely distribute the company logos youve included in this mockup? I'd suggest finding a few cohesive fonts that work together and finding a site that gives you some color combinations that work together well and try sticking with that. Also make sure any images you distribute are public domain or you personally own the rights to distribute or you could be breaking the law! Best of luck.
Looks good. except for one major thing. THE COLOUR. Off Greeny yellow, rather a horrible turn-off colour.
