Free Mass E-Mailing Software for 15k emails?

I am looking for possibly a free mass e-mailing software for 15k emails. I have a vbulletin, but vbulletin cannot handle that many emails, so I will need a software that I can insert the emails separated by commas to create a mailing list.

Can anyone help me?

check phplist.com. as long as your server allow mass emailing, it is good.

it is called PHPLIST by tincan company. and it is opensource free web based software,
I've used it to mail to 50+ ids
