Hi, to answer a question from PM the call itself is free, but it is not toll free. Meaning we do not charge, but the phone company might. If you are in the USA, and you have free long distance, there is no charge. If you are outside the USA, try using skype or whatever you would normally use to call a USA number. Also, it is a recording line, so it is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
