    Hey mate, I like your work. But some tips, do with them what you like, no offence intended, just trying to help.
    1. Less is more. Use effects wisely and only in addition to a design. Don't use effects just because you can.
    2. Don't use 3d effect (to often). Real companies don't like that.
    3. Try some non web 2.0 styles too. It will make your portfolio more diverse.
    4. Ask more money, they will take you more serious if you do.

    Just my two cents as a fellow designer.

    I really appriciate you suggestions
    some of the logo's that turn out to be not good is due to the fact that they havent provide any iformation except the fact "make me a logo" lol
    but thanks for the suggestion. i will use it.

    I would suggest trying to make some less "web 2.0 logos". Try to make them simpler and easy to accommodate on print as well.
