    There are so many versions of enhanced chat software like livezilla, phponlinechat etc...which are both free and licensed. You can try a demo and choose according to your requirement.

    Try this...www.phponlinechat.com and about the other chat software, there are many like phplivesupport, phpopenchat etc...
