    Greetings,

    SaaS business for sale. Live Help online software.

    Reason for selling: we don't work on this project anymore and don't want it simply to die. Potentially very profitable. Ready for monetizing! There is implemented plans system on website, it's just in hidden mode now.

    Offers ajax live help solution for the sites with real time visitors tracking, unlimited number of operators and websites. More information could be found on IntelliLiveHelp.com.

    The technologies used for the software: Python daemon server, php backend and JS operator console.

    The software is 95% ready. We use it for our own projects (esyndicat.com, subrion.com) and it works ok. One known problem - you need to click Login several times as operator when logging.

    Our former service developer does not work with us anymore and we had no time to fix this ourselves.

    The service currently has 3,290 accounts registered. Also the site itself has good positions in Google SERPs:

    etc. So it could be a good traffic addon for your current relevant business..

    Guys, we updated our kayako version to v4 few days ago and they have a desktop solution so we migrated to their solution 100%. Now use live help for intelliwebhost.com, intelliresponder.com projects only. kayako apps has a neat integration with their helpdesk and that saves us some time while creating tickets from chat history.

    No problem, I will do. Anyway, you can believe it's really our domain name :)
