I was able to collect about 4000 directories after removing the duplicates.
Right now I don't have time to check them, I will do it soon but I hope they are still free.

It would be great to have a .txt file for download with all free directories inside.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the list with free directories is completely useless.
95% of these free general directories are offline or paid. So you won't be able to submit anything.
