    I recently set up this site: free articles and are actively promoting it so it should soon have a decent PR and Trust Rank. Feel free to post your articles with links, as long as they are not spam, porn or pharmacy.
    If you have any valuable content, you can submit it there and get links in return. The site has unique structure and is SE friendly.
