Already submitted mine but I can tell you right off the bat that your img tag is wrong. You need to change your Alexa Img tag to the following:

<img src="http://pthumbnails.alexa.com/image_server.cgi?id=http://hypon.com/&size=small&url={$link.URL}" alt="{$link.TITLE}" />

or (dern frames )

<img src="http://pthumbnails.alexa.com/image_server.cgi?id=http://hypon.com/directory/&size=small&url={$link.URL}" alt="{$link.TITLE}" />

I had a quick look at your code when I saw that the thumbnails weren't working, you should fix that as suggested above. You also need to check your adsense code for the Link Unit at the top of the page, within the catgories.. it has this in it..

google_ad_client = "xxxxxxxxxxxxxx";
google_alternate_ad_url = "http://yoursite.com/alternate.html";

google_ad_channel ="xxxxxxxxx";
