This should not be a surprise to anyone by now. Of course your sites are going to be reported. Wake up.

It works fine for me. And as for how much you're charging, that's irrelevant. Google abhors artifical linking, including paid linking, and that's why they do everything they can to devalue such links. How much money changes hands isn't a concern to Google. They couldn't care less whether that link you just sold was for $1 or $1000 or $100,000... it's a paid link.

And with a domain name like BidForRankDirectory.com you might just as well report yourself to Google now... sheesh... For your next site, what about SpoofGoogleRankings.com?

Thanks for taking time to write..

My question is how come Google Gave PR7 for a bidding directory.
-- Sorry to mention, that is the only bidding directory with PR that I know.

If they have a concern they would ban/de-index such a site.
As long that is not happen, taking a free link in my directory is not going to harm, I guess.

    Only time will to tell..

there are 2 PR7 bidding directories and 1 PR6 that i know of.

Google would never punish the bidding directory owner - just discount any links they are selling.

If a bidding directory had editorial integrity, charged a higher price for listings (not links) and removed spam, MFA, casino and adult links these problems would not occur. It gives bidding directory owner a bad name when people buy dropped domains and just sell spam links for $1.....makes me mad

I don't actually agree with minstrel by the way, I just wanted to point out that your thread has been posted about somewhere else. I do think that over 90% of what we hear Google is thinking, doing and intending to do is total nonsense - deliberately put out there to confuse everyone regarding their true intentions, or put out there by people who want to sound like they know what they're talking about, when they do not.

Google is just a search engine, or massive links directory itself, if it went around excluding stuff all over the place like people keep prattling on about everyone would eventually use something else.

we should build websites for visitors not google. why should we go out of our way to add nofollow to all paid adverts, just so it doesnt mess up some guy and his companies search...

I think Mikey1090 is 100% correct. The point is to build quality sites. If you build quality sites with useful content and drive real visitors to a site then SEO takes care of itself most of the time. Let Google do whatever it is doing and thinking.

The bottom line is that there is no magic bullet for getting great traffic. It is a process and it takes time, but don't worry about Google... worry about what you can do and control.

My directories are not on Dropped domains.

On this thread, I am giving free links, I am not asking any one to pay.

And I make too much money out side of web, I don't need to sell $0.66 links to make a living. After pay pal comm

Those who like to get free links please feel free to add your Family friendly links.

    Thanks

What kind of software are you using that doesn't allow you to move a listing or submission to a different category?
