Thanks for your reply. But I'm not sure I understand, because this directory has PR3 on some of the category pages.

 

I have another question. Why did the (previous) owner of this directory post a submit your site offer on this forum at 4:20 PM, and then 24 minutes later at 4:44 PM post an offer to sell the directory on the other forum? Does this seem odd to anybody?
