I believe you have another way to get link. One is social bookmark with dofollow.

 

Its good to find relevant sites but it shout dofollow and comment allowable.

I like Followtopia.com. I use it as my last option for low hanging directory links. For instance, I can search for :

keyword "add site" or keyword "submit URL"

Then followtopia says "no follow" or "follow me" depending on if the results allow links to be followed.
