    Nice service indeed, but members have to keep in mind that the goal of your site is offering a niche for buying or selling websites.

    Hence, this is not a regular listing directory to gain exposure unless you are willing to sell a website for a price or take offers.

    Absolutely. Mind you, its less effort to get listed on this site and you wont get your email bombarded with future marketing crap!
    It also will not have a bad neighborhood tag by the engines.

    I think one has to think of it as a place that you might sell your site, domain or service whilst enjoying the extra exposure.
