Selling Free legal contract site...great niche market

    Several years ago I had a lawyer draw up a very complex sales and purchase agreement for a big website I bought so I paid him about $2500 to do this so I got a good sales contract. I built a couple small sites to sell the contract but never did much with them so I made this one that gives the contract away for free and it makes money if someone downlaods it using one of the paid per download sites.

    The site is just a couple weeks old and I really dont have time to fool with it but if you look at flippa you will see at about any time you have 3k to 3500 sites for sale. So if you set up a scrapper and pull all the urls of the sites that are for sale and then do a mass whois look up and get the email addresses for all the site owners and mail them a sales email you could get a lot of downloads. They pay about $1 for each person that downloads so if you do this once a month you could do well.

    I am only asking $40 and you get the contract which cost me thousands.
