    Are all of these offers for "win free iphone", "win nintendo", and ect legal.

    I mean I want to promote them.So can I expect any legal problems

    Yes, as long as they actually provide the product. Search around and see to make sure they PROVIDE the product and you should be all set to go. :)

    Thank you, but in my case find them in my affiliate networks.(cj, millnicmedia, cpaempire).

    Does it mean I'm "protected"?

    I think it depends if its a competition or a giveaway.

    In Spain (according to my legal counsel who ran a competition for one of my companies recently) if you are running a competition you have to register the competition with the national gaming committee and have a notary public present at the draw.

    With a "giveaway" its not so formal.

    No idea what the situation is in other countries.

    I think there are laws applying to giving free stuff away but like speeding its not enforced 100% until you are caught.

    If you have to win that product, then you have to do something about it right? Thus, I believe that it's legal. :D We can't blame if the one offering it is just way too rich! :D
