Selling Free iPad 2 CPA Offer Site - Stready $70+ per month!

This website is super-simple to run. Its main income source is the "free ipad 2" CPA offer on the homepage, though I have recently added several more offers to the site. This site also has the #3 ranked YouTube video for "free ipad 2", which brings in enough traffic to earn $70+ a month on its own. It just started ranking on page 1 on YT for "free Apple iPad 2", "get a free Apple iPad 2" and "Get a free iPad 2", and the traffic is jumping up quickly.

About a month ago, this site was ranked all over the first page for all of its keywords, and was bringing in over $300 a month from that. However, when I added the new offers, I did a lot of backlinking to all of them, as well as the home page and other pages on the site, and it has been dancing since then. It does keep popping back up to the first page here and there, but it's dancing pretty wildly right now.

I am confident that the rankings will return, but it's Google - you just never know. SO... I am basing my valuation on JUST the YT traffic / revenue, even though the site was earning 5 -6 times as much from search engine traffic.

Income Source: I personally use Maxbounty for CPA offers, but just about every CPA company out there has offers for "Free ipad 2" - so as long as you have (or can get) a CPA account, you're good to go.
