Excellent idea, great for SEs too! Develop it first, try to earn $$$ off affiliates, and then maybe sell it afterwards (including a site will also bump up the value a lot)

But in my opinion domains such as this one has own REAL value in auction places and large buy and sell domain name sites and no in forums..., I can sugges u to put in SEDO or another site....
yes.. afternic is a nice place too to place on auction and get a better value. I suggest it would be high $XXX as because it's .info extension.

Certainly develop it into a website and then do a bit of promotion so that it gets some traffic, too. Then you can think of a new price for the whole project, don't sell it undeveloped.
