Free Images Website (license free)

Where can I download images for free? Recently I am using sxc.hu, freedigitalphotos.net and flickr. Appreciate if someone can provide the resources. By the way, is photobucket free?

Aren't all flickr photos copyrighted by their owners?

 

No it is not. it just lists the images uploaded to their site. It is s free image hosting site.
