I am looking for a nice car picture to put it in the logo. Are there any royalty free image websites?
All the big stock photo sites have free sections (istock, dreamstime, bigstockphoto, fotolia, etc). You should be able to find something there...
It's not a logo, it's a header. None of the popular royalty-free stock photo sites allows using their images for logos. Their images simply cannot be re-trademarked. For headers the situation is different and you can use their stock photos according to the particular image license.
I go there and search in the "Royal Free" section and then when I find a picture, it says you have to buy it. I just spent half an hour searching iStock.com.. and I feel like I should go choke the owner to death for wasting half an hour of my time. Any other not complicated roaylty free websites out there?
Most of them work in a similar way. These given by Norebbo are the most popular ones, and they have the largest photo libraries. Plus photos.com You can try other sites like Alamy or Getty - but they have much more expensive photos. Finding the right image usually takes some time.
